Returns & Exchanges

At Baby Gold, we want you to be completely in love with your new jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the jewelry in its original Baby Gold packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected by our quality team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
